1 - Reservations and payments

Upon confirmation of the reservation, you will receive an email confirming the details of your stay (reservation number, arrival and departure date, number of guests and rooms, and the initial payment and the remainder of the payment). The remaining payment must be made at online check-in.

Your reservation implies acceptance of these General Conditions.

IVA / VAT

All prices indicated on our website include VAT / VAT (the general sales tax in Spain). If VAT/IGIC rates change, we reserve the right to modify our prices accordingly.

2 - Reservation cancellation policy

The reservation can be canceled as long as the change or cancellation is not made 7 days before the arrival date of the reservation. In case of absence or non-attendance, the charge will be equal to that of cancellation.

A deposit of €100 is left at the entrance to cover possible damages, which will be returned upon departure.

Payment in advance

3- During your stay

  • Maximum 5 guests
  • Pets are not allowed
  • No smoking
  • Guests may not use the apartment for commercial or immoral purposes. Nor take photographs for commercial purposes
  • Parties or events are not allowed
  • Age restriction: Minimum check-in age: 18

4 - Arrivals / Departures

Arrivals

Arrival from 16:00. We appreciate you providing us with your best estimate of arrival time. If you would like to check-in or check-out earlier or later than usual, you can make a special request at the time of booking.

Departures

As a general rule, departure must be made before 11:00.

Whenever conditions allow and possible, entries and exits outside the stipulated hours will be permitted.

5 - Cleaning

We guarantee optimal hygienic conditions of the apartment, with its specialized cleaning staff who carry out complete cleaning and disinfection before guests arrive and after their departure.

6 - Courtesy of others

In consideration of other neighbors, customers are expected to minimize noise from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties are strictly prohibited. If not, measures will be taken.

7 - Data protection

Confidentiality and secrecy of all personal information provided by guests will be maintained. Data is entered into the booking system and contact information. In accordance with European data protection legislation, guests can rectify or cancel their data whenever they wish. If you have any questions or require additional information on this topic, please contact the Property.

8 - Responsibilities

It is not responsible for damages caused by guests, losses, theft or accidents inside or outside the apartment. The Property is not responsible for water, electricity or loss of telephone or Internet.

9 - Our access rights

In the event of an Incident, our staff or contractors may need to access your room if there is an unforeseen problem, investigate a complaint you have made or carry out certain routine checks of the property. If this happens we will do our best to inform you in advance of the date and time we will need access.

10 - Our right to evict

We may end our contract with you and ask you to leave your accommodation immediately (without having to pay any compensation) if: we believe that you or other guests have committed a breach of these conditions:

  • We consider that your behavior or that of the rest of the guests puts the safety of the apartment at risk and affects coexistence with the rest of the neighbors.
  • Complaints of antisocial or unacceptable behavior are made against you or other guests.
  • You or the rest of the guests cause irreparable damage to the property, common areas or its contents/container.
  • The maximum occupancy limit contracted in the apartment is exceeded.

11 - Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for any failure to comply with our obligations under these general conditions caused by an event beyond our control.

An event beyond our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, strikes or industrial action of others, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, civil commotion, riot, invasion or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law and by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

12 - If you have a problem or complaint

We make sure that our apartment has a high level of quality. However, if you have any problems, please contact us immediately and give us the opportunity to resolve it. Contact our team by phone or email. We will work with you to ensure that all complaints are investigated and resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
